"Dear Pullins Bakers
Just to let you know I bought one of your Tuna and special tomato sandwiches yesterday at MVF South Molton and I thought it was truely scrumptious!! A really special treat of a sandwich, on that tasty bread.

Well done, it is so good to find something special in a world that is becoming more and more standardised!"

" Dear Pullins
A first for me - to want to comment on the quality and imagination of sandwiches. Unfortunately, change of circumstance means that I may never again put to my lips the delights of the Red Leicester, spring onion and mustard mayo (creamy and tangy), or the Stilton, Somerset cider and apple chutney (magical blend of bitter and sweet) sandwiches. Quite simply, they are the best I've ever eaten - and I've tried many!

Congratulations - for making the hasty snack on the move (last stop before Bristol airport) a generous, delicious, detour-warranting, pleasure. Continued success!! (I don't suppose you'd consider sending them to me here in France?!!!) "

"Dear Pullins Bakers
Just a quick note to congratulate you on the quality of your flapjacks. The Students' union shop here at the University of Bath has just started stocking Pullins Flapjacks. As a keen cyclist, I get through a lot of flapjacks and am always keen to try new varieties. Generally speaking, all the flapjacks on sale in the union shop are unsatisfactory; they are either too sweet, undercooked and soggy, too small, too large and/or overpriced. By contrast, the Pullins Raisin with yogurt topping flapjack I sampled today was just right - the mixture has been baked long enough to go crunchy on the outside (major improvement over the competition), it is not too sweet, the topping had a light, pleasant taste and the size of the bar was just right. You have the recipe and baking spot on with these and I will be recommending them to all my fellow researcher cyclists here in Mech. Eng.!."

" Dear Pullins
I had to drop you a line to tell you your Salmon and Watercress sandwiches I ate today when visiting Tyntesfield were really delicious - just like a homemade sandwich. Lovely bread with lots of salmon filling.

I live in Hampshire so unfortunately I can't imagine I shall eat them again very soon, but in a world where so much of our food is sub-standard I just wanted to say - please keep up the good work!!"

"Dear pullins, Would you be so kind as to send me a couple of loaves of your small Three Seed Wholemeal please. We've recently moved to Powys but would love to continue having it as it is such nice bread. Hope this is possible, let me know"

"Dear Pullins
What can I say? Perfect soft bouncy bread with a nice chewy crust to contrast the juicy chicken and crispy bacon. I've tried sandwiches from all over the world and this one has to be in my top three.

Suggestions - Don't change the chicken and bacon whatever you do! How about an New York deli sandwich - lots of different cured meats and mustard? "

"Dear Pullins,
This email may strike you as unusual, however its so rare these days for a customer to actually comment favourably back to a supplier. My reason for emailing you is to compliment you and thank you on you high standard of sandwiches. I confess to being somewhat a connoisseur of sandwiches - as I am always on the road. From time to time there has been the occasionally nice suprise but nothing to write home about. Until now. I recently moved to Somerset to join Westcom UK Ltd - and have been delighted to discover your sandwiches in local outlets. They are spot on. Fresh, delicious, creative combinations and you obviously use the finest ingredients - there simply aren't any sandwiches to rival yours in my opinion ! My favourite has been the Salmon & Watercress, but I discovered Crayfish & rocket today which certainly put a smile on my face.
Keep up the good work !"

"Dear Pullins Bakers,
I had a mini Tiffin on a flight recently and just wanted to let you know how much I enjoyed it. Where can I buy these near Tunbridge Wells?"
