Handmade Cakes
Visit our bakery and you won't find a couple of people pressing buttons on biscuit making machines, or monitoring the temperature of a traveling oven. Instead, we lovingly bake our cakes in our traditional stone-tile ovens and hand finish every one, from the spreading of jam to the piping of chocolate. Our cakes can be found all over the country in farm shops, delis, coffee shops, universities and even on some trains.
