Bread
We've been baking in Somerset since 1925, so we know a thing or two about bread. We have a wide range available all made with local Shipton Mill flour; from artisan loaves made using a 'levain' (or starter culture) method dating back thousands of years, to crusty rolls, farmhouse bread, speciality loaves and more. All are baked daily by our qualified craft bakers using British ovens, traditional methods and family recipes.
