We spent months re-working our Eccles Cake recipe, tweaking the various ingredients and tinkering with the all-butter flaky pastry. These are a real labour of love and we haven’t changed the way they’re made for decades. Every single one is crafted from a hand cut square of puff pastry which then encases a little rolled ball of our special Eccles mix made with vine fruits, butter and spice. Try warming them through in the oven to enjoy with a cup of tea.
