March 28, 2017 - pullins-admin - Generation IV Gluten Free Trade Shows

We are attending the Eat Clean Fair in Bristol this Sunday 2nd of April, where we will be launching a range of five Gleefully gluten free traybakes, handmade in our dedicated gluten free bakery.

We’ve covered all bases in the five varieties we’ve created, from our super-indulgent brownie and rocky road to the deliciously fruity flapjack and bakewell.

Introducing…

Brown Owl
The mother of all brownies… Handmade with Belgian chocolate, drizzled with indulgent caramel and finished with dark chocolate shavings and more Belgian chocolate.

Balboa
The ultimate Rocky Road – Belgian chocolate, cherries, marshmallow and our own gluten free digestive biscuit.  Drizzled with Belgian white chocolate to finish.

Wild Bakewell
All butter gluten free pastry topped with raspberry jam and a frangipane laced with wild blueberries and raspberries.  Finished with flaked almonds and an apricot glaze.

Trillionaire
All butter gluten free shortbread topped with a layer of homemade caramel and finished with Belgian milk, dark and white chocolate.  Smooth, mysterious and super-rich.

Fabjack
A buttery gluten free flapjack packed full of juicy raisins, cranberries and candied citrus peel.  Fruity.

We hope to see you at the Fair on Sunday.  If you don’t get a chance to come along though keep an eye out for the above in coffee shops, farm shops and delis in Bristol, Bath and Somerset over the next few weeks – let us know what you think.
