British Retail Consortium
We are accredited by the British Retail Consortium, which is a global food safety standard. This is a comprehensive annual audit that looks at all aspects of the business, from hygiene and staff training to product safety. When we were first awarded the accreditation we were one of the only company's our size to achieve the standard, which we're rather proud about.
The audit is split into seven sections - Senior Management Commitment, HACCP, Quality Management System, Factory Environmental Standards, Product Control, Process Control and Personnel.

National Association of Master Bakers
We've been members of the National Association of Master Bakers for as long as we can remember. The association 'represents the interests of the craft baking industry in England and Wales to government and other organisations.' In other words, they're an invaluable resource for anything bakery related, offering advice on anything from HR to ingredients suppliers.
